Relax in our extraordinary accommodations. Enjoy breathtaking views from each cottage, lounge on our expansive decks or stroll through the picturesque community and enjoy the many beaches and walking trails, chat with the locals or watch as fishing boats steam in and out the bay.
The cottages are seaside havens for family vacations or romantic getaways and feature either two or three bedrooms and completely equipped kitchens that open onto large living rooms. Windows aplenty wash each vacation home with bright light and the magnificent ocean scenery of the Witless Bay Ecological Reserve.
Vacation Rental Accommodations:
Bears Cove Beach House - is a two bedroom one bathroom cottage. As the name suggests it overlooks Bears Cove Beach and provides stunning vistas of Witless Bay Ecological Reserve.
12 O'clock Hill Beach House - was constructed in 2006 and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This home faces directly south looking across the bay toward “12 O’clock Hill” a local landmark.
The Tolt - is a beautifully restored traditional Newfoundland home. This vacation home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. A covered veranda on the southeast side allows for morning coffee, evening barbecues or all day lounging while enjoying spectacular ocean views. The Tolt, a short stroll from the back door, is the highest point in Witless Bay.
Birchy Hill - is a restored French Mansard style home. It has a two bedrooms and one bathroom. The cottage is named for the area of the community known as the birchy hill. From here you will enjoy panoramic views of Witless Bay and all its natural beauty.
Our properties are the perfect base for exploring the entire Avalon Peninsula. We think of them as homes away from home – our guests call them havens from life’s hectic pace. Each cottage provides the ideal mix of luxury and utility and views to die for.

Location of Vacation Homes:
Witless Bay is located just 30 minutes south of St. John’s. It is one of several small villages dotted along the coast on the Irish Loop Drive as it winds through the Southern Shore of the Avalon Peninsula.
At your doorstep is the premiere East Coast Trail which offers coastal hiking, bird watching and whale watching.
We are 5 minutes from whale watching boat tour departures in Bay Bulls, Mobile and Bauline.
Within a 30 minute radius of our location you can visit downtown St. John's or the National Historic Sites at Signal Hill and Cape Spear. You can also visit the Colony of Avalon archaeological dig in Ferryland or the Avalon Wilderness Area.

Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be returned less an admin fee provided sufficient notice is given to allow rebooking.
